Recipe 34: Ham with Brown Sugar and Pineapple

We served this as a part of Easter dinner because when I informed my father we were doing a Seder, he said:

Oh man! I just want my Easter ham!

Fine Dad. But this is NOT part of the Seder. Well have a Seder and then an Easter dinner. So we did.

The Easter ham was very easy. All it takes it a ham, a cup of pineapple and a cup of brown sugar. Interestingly enough, when the brown sugar was added to the pineapple, it drew out the juices to create a really nice lather. We let it soak overnight and it made for a delicious addition to our feast.
